Because we want you to be able to make informed decisions about your health, long into the future.
PrimeLife Nutrition specializes in weight management, disease management, and sports performance.
Like most things in life, finding your happy, healthy balance takes time and practice. If you’re looking for a quick fix, the newest fad diet, or severe calorie restriction, we’re probably not the place for you. We focus on gradual, consistent steps towards a healthier lifestyle, so it becomes a part of your life, rather than just one part of your life.
You Don’t Have to Like Kale, but an Open Mind is Encouraged.
What’s it like working with a PrimeLife Dietitian?
The changes we encourage make you feel empowered and energized — never ashamed or embarrassed. We are confident that you can have the life you’ve always imagined, and we want you to see it the same way.
Consistent meetings, goal setting, and reiterating that just because you didn’t have a great week or felt like you made some less-than-optimal choices doesn’t mean you’ve failed.
Working with PrimeLife will help you take control of your health and learn to be kinder to yourself, always taking the long view, and learning from setbacks rather than letting them define you.
Services
We’ve got you covered.
Nutritional Counseling
It starts with a plan.
Sit down one-on-one with a dietitian to figure out what’s working for you, what might not be, and start creating a plan customized for your nutrition goals.
No human body is the same. It’s critical we find what works for you, your lifestyle, and your family. The best way to do that is by sitting down and strategizing with your dietitian, creating goals, and having an accountability plan in place. Depending on your plan, you’ll check in with your dietitian every 2-3 weeks and receive email support in between appointments.

Food Sensitivity Testing
Bye Bye Bloaty Belly
Ever wonder what’s going on inside of your body that may be affecting your health? Testing your blood can tell us so much, including what we’re lacking, what we need more of, and what foods our bodies are reacting to most.
MRT (Mediator-Release Testing) measures the inflammatory markers that occur in our blood when we’re reactive to certain foods. With the MRT, you’ll be tested for up to 170 different foods and chemicals. Participating in voluntary tests like these can truly change your life for the better and give you a window into what’s going on at the cellular level so you can make science-backed decisions, specifically for your body.

Meal Planning
Budget friendly and delicious
Have you ever wondered how many calories your body needs? When you sit down with your dietitian, you’ll design a plan centered around your nutritional needs and the foods you like to eat. We’ll work with you to incorporate ingredients that are easy to shop for, budget-friendly, and that everyone in your family can enjoy. Plus, we’ll help you learn how to meal prep, saving your precious time during your busy week.
Food is a joy and you should be excited to sit down for a meal or snack. We can also work with you to discuss your mindset around food and get to the root of any obstacles or food hang-ups you’re facing.

FAQs
Do you accept insurance?
We accept most insurances including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare. Each plan is different, but if you’d like to find out what your plan will cover, give us a call and we’ll reach out to your insurance provider for you! Most plans cover visits with a dietitian for FREE!
How often do you meet with people?
The number of visits or how often you meet with your dietitian will differ depending on your goals and accountability needs. Most clients meet with us on average every 2-3 weeks, and some once every six weeks.
Which diet is best to follow?
We don’t put our clients on specific diets. Our goal is to educate you on the right foods and lifestyle choices you can make in order to lead to your optimal version of your life. We spend the majority of our time learning together. Each session we check in with what worked and what didn’t feel right for you, so we can make adjustments you’re able to stick with and maintain on your own, long into the future.
Will I have to track my foods and calories?
Not necessarily. Tracking is something that works for some people but not for others. In order to make sure you feel good about starting this journey, we’ll only suggest you do things you feel comfortable doing and that will make a difference to your health journey.
What types of people do you work with?
Everyone! We have worked with food allergies, digestive issues, blood sugar regulation, heart disease management, sports nutrition, pre, and post-natal nutrition, and more. We strive to be well versed on many topics so we can accommodate our patients optimally.
