Get started with a free consultation call so we can understand the changes you'd like to make. All discussions with our dietitians are HIPAA compliant, secure, and judgment-free. We'll even take the lead and call your insurance provider to review your benefits so we know our options for working together.

During your first appointment, we'll take the time to discuss your goals, struggles, and concerns. You'll work with your dietitian to design a custom plan, order food sensitivity tests (if necessary), create shopping and meal plans, discuss things going on in your life that may be affecting your health, and decide what success looks like for you.

Meet Kristen
I started PrimeLife Nutrition as a practice that focuses on the full spectrum of well-being, including both your mental and physical health.
I went from never thinking twice about what I ate in high school to a 30-pound weight gain in college, which became the catalyst for my interest in nutritional science. Throw in an unexpected autoimmune disorder a few years later and I can confidently say I have gone through (and am still going through) a personal journey with food, weight, and health that allows me to truly understand my clients’ daily challenges.
Maintaining good nutrition and health requires a holistic examination of our bodies. But it doesn’t have to be complex. At PrimeLife Nutrition, our job as your dietitian is to take the guesswork out of eating better, making it easier for you to incorporate small changes into your everyday life (like creating shopping lists, meal plans, movement recommendations) for sustainable, long-term health.
