Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup cups poppy seeds
  • 3 tbsp tbsp dried onion flakes
  • 3 tbsp dried garlic flakes 
  • 2 tbsp course sea salt 

Instructions
 

  • Mix all this together and you’ll get 1 cup of deliciousness! Time to take your meals up a notch!
