Serving size: Makes 6 servings
- 2 lbs chicken breast
- 32oz salsa of your choice
- 12 corn tortillas
- Romaine lettuce
- Taco toppings of choice
- Place chicken and salsa in crockpot and set on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred with forks, and make tacos the way you like them!
KP’s Tip: If you run out of shells, just use the toppings and lettuce to make a bowl out of it. It makes a great lunch!
