Do you accept insurances?
Do you accept insurances?
Yes! We accept most insurances including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare. Each plan is different, but if you’d like to find out what your plan will cover, give us a call and we can take care of it!
How often do you meet with people?
The amount of visits or how often you meet with your dietitian will differ depending on your goals, needs of accountability, etc. We’re here to service you, so it’s all up to how often you’d like to meet.
Which diet is best to follow?
It all depends on what you’re looking for. We don’t put people on diets, we educate on the right foods and choices to make in order to lead you on the right path for a healthier lifestyle. You will learn everything you need to know in each session and only continue to gain knowledge every time you come back.
Will I have to track my foods and calories?
Not necessarily! Tracking is something that works for some people but not others. In order to make sure you feel good about starting this journey, we’ll only suggest that you do things you feel more comfortable with.
